  Jeanette has worked for the District since 2014 and started as the District’s Recruiting Manager and naturally became more involved with the onboarding process of new agency owners. As the Agency Business Consultant now, Jeanette provides ongoing coaching and support to help agency owners drive growth in their business. She assists agents in establishing business goals and developing strategies to execute on those goals.

  Bene has worked as an Office Manager for six years and customer service for over eight years. She is an experienced administrative assistant with training in a wide range of office administrative tasks. She holds a successful record of fielding phone calls, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between departments.

  Sarah started her career path with the District in 2008 and has developed a long-standing relationship with the agents and their staff. As the Lead Sales and Product Trainer, she brings innovation to help support agency development and growth. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Sarah offers invaluable guidance and knowledge to our business owners and their agencies.

  Louie brings over 20 years of experience in Commercial and Workers Compensation. As the Commercial Specialist, he provides support to agents by helping them understand coverages, policies, the strengths and weakness of competitors, and marketing ideas to drive growth. Over the years, Louie has built a great relationship with our underwriters and acts as a liaison between them and our agency owners.
